Hands-on fieldtrips to an urban farm on Madison's Northside with activities that include making tea in the herb garden, harvesting carrots on the farm, wrangling chickens in the children's garden, or smelling flowers on the tallgrass prairie. Offers group tours to the downtown Madison museum. Of special interest would be the Rooftop Ramble, an indoor/outdoor exhibit that features a greenhouse, terrariums, salad and herb gardens, and resident homing pigeons and chickens.
