This
curriculum resource packet and libguide are created to be used in a joint project with the social studies and computer teachers.
The materials are geared for students at the fifth grade level. Reading levels vary so I do have a
variety of materials for different learning levels. The resources that I found will
help students learn general information on the American Revolution, as well as detailed information on specific people from the era. Student projects will vary and could include writing and typing a report; or creating a powerpoint, an electronic poster, a voice recording, or even a short video.
This
libguide will be used and shared with the fifth grade
teachers at Parkside Elementary as well as with the other computer teachers. This libguide will also be published
on-line and shared with others.
