What is the Process?

Each Group Member has a Role

Project Manager

Oversees and assists all other roles and brings everything together; assigns additional duties to group members; creates presentation with Public Relations for School Board; gathers info about zoning and safety; in charge of weekly check-in response to teacher; organizes schedule and keeps members on task with timeline

 

Public Relations

Work with the Project Manager to create a presentation (using
GooglePresentation, Prezi, etc.) for the School Board, including speech and visuals; gathers
input on users wants and needs (including students, staff and community); assists in creating the final presentation

 

Equipment Specialist

Works with the Landscape Specialist to define the layout of the area; researches options for wellness and exercise equipment; works with the Budget Expert to compile costs and overall budget; assists in creating the final presentation

 

Landscape Specialist

Works with the Equipment Specialist to define the layout of the area; researches options for plantings, water features, and other natural alternatives; works with the Budget Expert to compile costs and overall budget; assists in creating the final presentation

 

Budget Expert

Oversees all mathematical aspects of the project - financial, spatial, etc. Works with Equipment and Landscape Specialists to compile an overall budget; researches additional sources for funding; assists in creating the final presentation
