Your 5th Grade President or First Lady Report

...

So you're about to begin your president or first lady report ...

Congratulations! You have officially begun the process of writing your president's report. This means that you have successfully made it through 3/4 of 5th grade! If you are able to research your president, collect your information, draft your report, edit your writing, and properly structure your paper, you will be ready for 6th grade!

This is an exciting, and long, process. Start researching right away and get to know your president or first lady inside and out! The better you know and understand your president/first lady, their actions, and how they changed American History, the easier your paper will be to write.

Mr. Saxton will help you in class, and Mrs. Martinez will help you in the library to find the resources you need to research your president or first lady. Please visit the BGCS library to find books and electronic resources to aid in your research. Mrs. Martinez and Mr. Saxton will be there to help you during the research process.
