Agent 001: Vacant lots can be renovated for several community purposes. For this project you will be a community activist researching the pros and cons of both urban farming and community skateparks. After your research, you will determine the viabllity of these options, choose a preferred use of the land, and present your findings to the class.
Agent 002: What type of housing would be most beneficial to your community? You are going to examine the effects of single family housing vs. apartments in an urban area. Which would be better for your community? Present your findings to the class.
Agent 003: Is Walmart a good idea? You are going to examine the effect that Walmart has had on other communities and decide whether or not Walmart should be welcomed in your community. Provide research-based evidence as to why or why not building a new Walmart is the best alternative for the vacant land. Present your findings to the class.
