You will create a restaurant scene that reflects your culture and traditions. Your restaurant scene must include:
You will not only create a virtual model of your design, but you will also physically set up the space in the library as an exhibit at the end of the project.
You will design a menu using Microsoft Publisher. Your menu should reflect the atmosphere and cultural significance of your restaurant through its design, visual appeal, and the menu items that are listed. Make sure to include your plated dish in the menu!

You will turn a space in the library into your very own restaurant table, where you will present your menu, place setting, and dish to exhibitors. Essentially your job is to:

The first thing you will need to do is create a unique and original dish using some of the locally grown goods that you harvested yourself. Pay close attention to compatibility of certain foods, aesthetics, and the name of your dish. Each should be representative of your culture, customs, or traditions in some way. Your final dish should be plated and ready to display.
You may create an appitizer, main dish, or dessert for this project.
Create a full virtual floor plan of your restaurant using a 3D modeling program. Your floor plan needs to address seating design, colors, decorations, atmosphere, and any other element of your restaurant that you will not have the opportunity to incorporate in your physical display.

Create a rationale which explains how each element of your project was created to reflect your culture, customs, or traditions in some way.
