Mac and Cheese (Kraft EZ Mac vs. Homemade)
Chicken Nuggets (McDonald's vs. Homemade)
4 skinless chicken breasts - cut into 5 chunks each
1 cup flour
2 eggs - beaten with 2 Tbs. water
1 1/2 cups plain dried breadcrumbs - preferably from sourdough bread
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt, plus some to taste after baking
1. In a small bowl, place the chicken in flour and coat it well. Place the egg mix in a resealable bag. Remove chicken from flour and shake well, removing excess flour. Place into egg bag and mix well. Place the crumbs, oil & salt in another bag, mix well. Remove chicken from egg bag and place in crumb bag. Shake well to coat the chicken.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place nuggets onto sheetpan. Place in oven and bake for about 10 minutes and then turn over. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cooked through.

Are EZ Mac and McDonald's Chicken Nuggets a staple in your current diet? You will be blindfolded when you sample a processed version of these two entree foods vs. an unprocessed homemade version.
Always craving something sweet or salty? For the snack foods, you will compare a processed version vs. an organic version (Again, wearing a blindfold).
