I recently saw the short film "Scrapertown" about the Scraper Bike Team in Oakland, California. They try to give youth living in dangerous communities a creative outlet that promotes healthy lifestyles. I was so impressed with their creativity that I'd like to customize my own bike, Scraper-style.
