You've already discovered a barrier to your learning at school due to the district's web filter blocking out YouTube.  

The district's technology committee is reviewing their webfilter policies and are wanting student, staff and community input.  

• You are to work in a group of 4 to create a multimedia presentation that expresses your reasoning on whether or not changes should be made to the filter.  
• You need to support your reasons with evidence and provide suggestions to make the changes possible.
